PA to Human Resources Consultant

All About HR, currently based in Llandudno, is an established HR Consultancy servicing clients from all over the UK. The 12-month strategy is to enhance search engine optimisation and social media presence, demonstrate growth and continue to provide a second-to-none affordable, uncomplicated HR service and employment law advice to customers.

 The role—The ideal candidate will be interested in learning new skills, preferably HR-related and will enthusiastically contribute to the growth plan by helping promote and advertise the business. 

Working closely with the Lead HR Consultant, you will engage and nourish your creative side by contributing ideas and methods for delivering an agreed-upon end. You will need to organise and arrange dates, details, and events, collate data, chase leads as well as speak to clients and consultants. Therefore, you must be confident and clear in communicating in written and spoken English.

Experience in marketing, editing and website design/maintenance is an advantage, as is knowledge of social media platforms and SEO.
